What is ReturnRunner?
ReturnRunner is a package return pickup and delivery service based in Sydney, NSW. Instead of driving to a post office or parcel locker to return an online order, we come to your home or office, collect the parcel, and take it to be returned or shipped on your behalf.
How do I return an Amazon (or eBay, etc.) parcel in Sydney without leaving home?
Book a pickup at returnrunner.com.au. Enter your address, your preferred pickup day and time, and the parcel details, then pay securely online. One of our runners collects the package from your door between 9am–9pm and handles the return drop-off, so you never have to visit a post office or parcel collection point yourself.
What areas of Sydney does ReturnRunner service?
We currently service select suburbs across Sydney. Enter your postcode on the booking page and we'll instantly tell you if we cover your address — if we don't yet, message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know if we're expanding there soon.
How much does a package return pickup cost?
Pricing is based on how many packages you're sending: $9 for 1 package, $12 for 2, $15 for 3, and $18 for 4. Small packages are included at no extra charge; medium and large items carry a small size upcharge, shown on the booking page before you pay. For 5 or more packages, message us on WhatsApp for custom bulk pricing. Return often? Our membership is $60/month for your first 10 pickups, with extra pickups just $6 each after that.
How do I book a pickup?
Go to returnrunner.com.au, fill out the booking form with your pickup address, preferred day and time, and parcel details, then pay securely online with your card. You'll get a confirmation and invoice by email with your booking details and pickup window.
Which retailers or couriers can ReturnRunner return parcels to?
We can pick up returns bound for Amazon, eBay, and most other online retailers, as well as general parcels that need to be dropped off at a post office, parcel locker, or courier depot — as long as the return label or paperwork is ready (or needs printing, which we can also help with).
How long does a pickup take to arrange?
We pick up daily between 9am–9pm. When you book, you choose your preferred day and time window, and same-day or next-day pickup is usually available — you'll get a confirmation email with the exact window we're coming.
Is ReturnRunner insured / how do you handle payment?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. ReturnRunner is responsible for pickup and delivery to the destination only — we're not liable for the contents, value, or any delays caused by the carrier once it's in their hands, so please make sure your item is properly packed before pickup.

Do I need to be home for the pickup?
No — you don't need to be home. Just leave the package somewhere safe and accessible, like your porch or front door, during your selected pickup window. If you'd like to leave specific instructions for our runner, message us on WhatsApp at 0433 060 505 before your pickup time.
